franchise territories. We launched with a single location in the Okanagan in
2021 and have since grown into one of the fastest-growing franchise groups
in the system, with six diversion centres across the country and more on the
horizon.
The name says it all. We think bigger than what's in front of us. But what actually
makes this company go is the people. Our founders came up through the business,
and we've built a culture where team members at every level are given real opportunities
to step up. That's not a mission statement on a wall; it's how we've been able
to grow the way we have.

Justin Duggan
Co-Founder & President
Justin spent years at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? corporate before making the jump to franchise ownership. What started as a single location in the Okanagan has since grown into a multi-territory operation across Canada. He leads moonshot with a simple belief: think big enough and the how figures itself out.
Kai Vrolyk
Co-Founder & VP Operations
Starting on the trucks, Kai worked his way through every level of this business. He’s now a franchise partner across all moonshot locations and runs the day-to-day operations in every market. If something is happening on the ground, Kai is the closest to it.
Harrison Kuromi
General Manager, Okanagan
Harrison started on the trucks alongside Kai and has touched every side of the business since. He led the Okanagan team to Franchise of the Year in 2025, the #1 franchise in the entire 1-800-GOT-JUNK? system.
Mallory Jansen
Executive Coordinator
Mallory works alongside the leadership team to support operations across all moonshot locations, from administration to coordination across every market.
